Acceptance of Terms

Player Conduct

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the agreed method, subject to successful identity verification.

Gglbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account if:

• The player violates any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering has been detected
• The player provides false information during registration or verification
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Required by a legal authority or regulatory body

Limitation of Liability

Gglbet provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Gglbet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Gglbet is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or unauthorized third-party access resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Gglbet's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the player's net deposit amount in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This section does not limit any statutory rights you hold as a user under applicable Malaysian law.
